What this site is
A description of what we do and an invitation to start a conversation by email. It is not an offer, a quote, or advice you should act on without talking to us. Prices, timescales and scope are set in writing for each engagement.
Accuracy
We keep the site current and accurate. We do not warrant that it is free of error or that it will be available without interruption.
Our work
What a client owns, and what we retain, is set out on the homepage and written into every engagement agreement. Nothing on this site transfers a licence or grants a right to the work itself.
Intellectual property
The text, images, marks and code of this site belong to Tacentia. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach the site’s security, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from your use of this site or from reliance on what it says. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, write to us first and we will try to settle it directly. Failing that, it goes to the courts of competent jurisdiction there, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here with a new date at the top.
